The Sandwalk - a sponsored beach walk

Please use our Register Online facility to pay your Registration Fee and submit your Registration Form.

For The Sandwalk 2008 we have Google Checkout facilities, to take care of the secure processing of your credit card or debit card information. Just click on the Buy Now button and your payment will be processed, securely and quickly.

Please also complete the electronic version of our Registration Form, to let us have your contact details to send you the sponsorship form and the information you will need regarding your transport arrangements, etc.

(To fill in PDF forms you need a recent version of PDF reading software. Adobe Acrobat Reader is already installed on most desktop and laptop computers, and is available for free download, you need version 7 or 8, and you can get an up to date version from www.adobe.com)

Just click on the Electronic Registration Form link below and a PDF file will open. Type in the information on the form and click the email button to submit the information to our Treasurer, to match up with your payment.

There is an option to print it out and send it if you prefer. You can also print out the form and fill it in by hand if you like, or save it for electronic completion or printing out later, just right click the Electronic Registration Form link and choose Save as or Print.

You cannot save the completed version of a PDF form unless you have the full version of PDF software, such as Adobe Acrobat, (not Acrobat Reader), but you can email the information on the form, or print out the completed form.

IMPORTANT!
We need the information on the form, and also your payment, please ensure you do both.

Do not try to email the information on the form if you don't have an email client such as Outlook or Outlook Express set up as the default method of sending email from your computer. If you use an online webmail service such as Hotmail it won't work, so please print out and send the form to us.

If you click on the email button on the form, it should open up an email, with an xml file as an attachment, just send the email. If this doesn't happen, you haven't sent an email, so we won't have your information.

Finally, if you can't send email and have no printer, just contact us and we'll send you a form to fll in and send back.
